ACC Registered
ACC is New Zealand's accident injury cover scheme. If you've been injured, we can lodge a new ACC claim for you or use an existing claim for an eligible injury. If your treatment is covered by ACC, you pay the reduced ACC fee shown above, with ACC contributing towards the remaining cost.

Please note: The clinic does not provide treatment for infants or children under 4 years of age.
What to Bring
Osteopathic treatment is generally performed with patients in their underwear. However, your comfort and privacy are always a priority.
If you prefer more coverage, you are welcome to bring shorts, leggings or a loose-fitting singlet. Private changing facilities are available at the clinic.
Treatment can always be adapted to ensure you feel comfortable and at ease throughout your consultation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee.
