Jaw pain can cause clicking, difficulty opening your mouth, discomfort when chewing, headaches or tension around the face, jaw and neck. Teeth grinding or clenching (bruxism) may also contribute to these symptoms, particularly in the morning. Osteopathic care aims to ease muscle tension, improve jaw mobility and relieve discomfort through gentle hands-on treatment, targeted exercises and practical advice, alongside dental care when needed.
